Participate 4- Digital Health

It’s a lot easier to spend time looking on a screen than to spend time exercising. Between laptops at work and home, televisions, and smartphones,  a person has access to a screen all day long. In order to improve ones digital health, one must be intentional with balancing screen time with healthy habits. Some ways to be intentional include creating a calendar, setting reminders, and utilizing a timer. Some reminders can include telling oneself to sit up straight, scheduling time to unplug, and scheduling time to take a walk. A timer can be used to help balance screen time and exercise. For example, setting a timer for 30 minutes of screen time and 30 minutes of exercise can help even things out.

Here is an example of a 2 week calendar to help improve my digital health.
